Women from several Civil Society Organizations responded to the invitation of the NGO Agir pour le Handicap à l'école (AH) to join the global campaign against breast and cervical cancer.

Members of the NGOs Sensibilisation Santé Sexualité (3), Aurore, la Maison d'Hermann, Sourire d'un enfant and Agir pour le handicap à l'école (AH), the participants were first taken in hand by Wilfried Ikinda, a judo teacher, for the famous fitness session that has become an almost obligatory part of the activities of October rose.

Then, it was Katy Stricia Nkolo's turn, midwife and director of the NGO Sensibilisation Santé Sexualité (3S), to inform them about the cancers concerned. Men are also threatened by breast cancer and should be screened.

And because in October the screening is free, she invited everyone to be screened in the

health structures throughout the city, are ready to receive them. She did not fail to insist, to stick to the theme chosen, "healthy life", on the good lifestyle that must be the key word of behavior if we want to prevent cancers targeted.

Once again supporting the commitment of the NGO working for children with disabilities, the Honorable Jean Fidèle Otandault stressed the need to be screened very early and not to wait until October.
