The Gabonese economic capital hosted on June 18, 2022 the fifth edition of the Seminar of Women for Community Development organized by the NGO JM Entrepreneurship, in partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Gabon.

"Having understood this, we launched the SFDC which is the Seminar of Women for Community Development in order to be able to raise in the life of these women whatever the social stratum.

This seminar aims to promote entrepreneurship in associations. To achieve this goal, JM Entrepreneurship has involved women who are a model of success to follow, like the President of the NGO Malachie; Pépécy OGOULIGUENDE.

"I focused my speech on transformational leadership, preparation in terms of acquiring life skills, the importance of networking, being part of the associative movement to impact community development.

"So, my intervention was to present the program. The first program I am able for young girls and boys with disabilities, teach them a little training for professional inclusion. And the second program that we have called Elles. It is a program that addresses all the vulnerable mothers already, the mothers who have children with a disability and also the mothers who themselves are in a situation of disability. And, all these mothers who are said to be economically weak. The idea is that they can create income-generating activities thanks to what we can bring them. Annie Edwige ADANHODOU

After Joshua MARTIN, President of the NGO JM Entrepreneurship, intervened with his vision to encourage these women, his book entitled "Express your passion and create vocations" was distributed free of charge. It is a gold mine to explore and could serve as a guide for all these women.
